After submitting your questionnaire, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your event in detail. During this call, we'll dive into your vision, answer any questions, and ensure we’re aligned on your goals before moving forward.

Following our consultation, we’ll send you a detailed proposal based on the event vision discussed. The proposal will include an estimate, so you know exactly what to expect.

Once the proposal is agreed upon, a contract will be sent to confirm your booking, along with a deposit to reserve your date. The deposit will be applied toward your overall event fees.

We ensure every detail is finalized 3-4 weeks before your event. On the day of, our team will handle the setup and bring your vision to life from start to finish. Everything will come together seamlessly, creating a memorable experience!
